Planit’s Terms & Conditions for Customisation, Training, Integration and Machine Connections.

Online Customisation Sessions

Planit Online Booking System - SimplyBookMe

  • Planit has the right to change the Services Team member hosting your session as required. SimplyBookMe will notify you of any changes that take place.

  • Payments are required prior to bookings being confirmed.

  • Payment in SimplyBookMe (Planit's Online Booking System) utilises PayPal and Stripe for processing payments.

  • Please be aware that a ‘no show’ to the session will result in forfeiting payments already made.

Reschedule Bookings

Please contact our office if you need to reschedule within 7 days.

  • Rescheduling of a session will be accepted up to 1 Week (7 Calendar Days) prior to commencement.

  • Customers that choose to reschedule, future dates for sessions are subject to availability on our SimplyBookMe Calendar.

  • Late arrivals to the session will not have time made up in the future.

Cancellations

Please contact our office if you need to cancel a booking within 7 days.

  • Cancellation of a session will be accepted up to 1 Week (7 Calendar Days) prior to commencement.

  • If you cancel within 7 days, you will not be credited any time or receive a refund.

Online Machine Connection

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 Calendar days prior to commencement.

  • Please be aware that a $400 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 Calender days.

  • Cancellations on the day of an integration will receive no refund.

  • All online machine Integrations are to be paid in full 14 days prior to the commencement of the integration.

  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled integration.

  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit.

 Onsite Customisation

  • Onsite Customisation could include training, integration and Machine Connections.

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 business days prior to commencement.

  • Please be aware that a $1000 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 business days.

  • Cancellations on the day of an integration will receive no refund.

  • All Onsite Customisation sessions are to be paid in full 14 days prior to commencement.

  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled Cutomisation.

  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit.

 In-house Training

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 Business days prior to commencement.

  • Please be aware that a $500 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 Business days.

  • Cancellations on the day of an integration will receive no refund.

  • In addition to this, fees associated with the cancellation of flights, accommodation & car hire will also be at the customer's expense.

  • All In-House Integrations are to be paid in full 14 days prior to the commencement of the training.

  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled training.

  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit.

Training through support

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 3 business days prior to commencement.

  • Please be aware that a minimum of 30 minutes Customer Service Time deduction applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 3 business days.

  • Cancellations on the day will incur a 1 hour of Customer Service Time to be deducted.
